11th Annual Cultural Glimpses of India

The 11th Annual Cultural Glimpses of India was celebrated on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Lawton Chiles High School Auditorium, 7200 Lawton Chiles Lane, Tallahassee, FL 32312.

The program started at 4 PM sharp with introductory speech by the President and recognition of Guest of Honor, The Supt of Leon Co School System. Then the program proper started with Swagatham, auspicious welcome song. It was followed by Dashavathra and our Ramayanam play.

The Ramayana play was adopted from the Ms Karena Marchant and modified by me. Srini Kishore added background music to my narration in English. The kids followed along the narration and enacted the play to a wide applaus and appreciation.

It was a very successful skit.
